I'm so passionate about the power of singing and its potential to transform us at every level of our inner and outer world; how we think, how we feel, how we act and how we relate to each other and ourselves.

I founded Sound and Song CIC as a not-for-profit community interest company. We use singing to promote health and well-being for everyone.

Harmony singing is the medicine for our times.
